DRG Technical Solutions in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Operations Support Specialist, Distribution to back our Design/Engineering operations and client representatives. You will handle project data, invoicing, scheduling, and reporting to keep power delivery projects on track.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least one year in an administrative or customer service role, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in an administrative or customer service role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with confidentiality.

Mansioni

• Accurately gather and enter data into client and internal systems and generate reports.
• Assemble electronic and paper job packets and files.
• Create and process invoice templates.
• Assemble project bids, RFIs and RFPs.
• Manage confidential databases including data entry, scheduling, invoicing, accruals and AR reports.
