Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical distribution working for a distributor, rep or manufacturer.
• Experience in branch operations, inventory management, industrial account management or integrated supply programs.
• Strong knowledge of electrical products, terminology and distribution practices.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with employees, customers and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, inventory management and customer service activities.
• Lead, support and communicate effectively with team members to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as a key point of contact for customer management, building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Coordinate purchasing, product sourcing, order fulfillment and inventory availability.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, service levels and overall operational performance.
