• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical distribution, working for a distributor, rep or manufacturer, or in a managerial role at an electrical contracting firm.
• Experience in branch operations, inventory management, industrial account management or integrated supply programs.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical products, terminology and distribution practices.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, customers and senior management.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, inventory management and customer service activities.
• Lead, support and communicate effectively with team members to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as a key point of contact for customer management, building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
