Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree not always required but preferred in business/ops
• Experience in operations support or related roles beneficial
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Team player capable in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Support daily operational activities including data entry and document management
• Assist with coordination and management of third-party workforce resources
• Collect, organize, and analyze operational data and prepare reports
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to resolve issues and keep projects on schedule
• Participate in process improvements and recommend efficiency gains
• Collect and respond to customer feedback to improve satisfaction
• Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned by management
