Job summary

Quest Global in Puerto Rico, Santa Isabel, seeks engineers to develop and execute product-specific recovery plans and coordinate cross-functional efforts to recover delivery schedules. You will assess readiness, monitor progress, and drive actions with customer sites using SAP/ERP tools.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience, with on-site work in Santa Isabel. Join a team delivering end-to-end engineering solutions for Fortune 500 customers and gain exposure

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and maintain product-specific recovery plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve delivery constraints.
• Assess production readiness, capacity and risk; turn findings into actions.
• Monitor progress against recovery commitments and escalate risks.
• Compile recovery decks, Line of Balance, and WIP trackers.
• Utilize ERP tools (SAP) and reporting systems to complete services.
• Drive actions with customer sites to recover delivery schedules.
• Interface with internal and external customers at PMRs and reviews.

What You Will Do

• Develop, execute, and maintain product-specific recovery plans.


• Facilitate cross-functional coordination to resolve constraints impacting delivery.


• Assess production readiness, capacity, and risk, and converting findings into actionable activities.


• Daily monitor progress against recovery commitments, including escalation of risks and critical issues.


• Consolidate operational data into Buyer-standard recovery decks, Line of Balance trackers, and WIP trackers.


• Utilization of Buyer-standard ERP tools (e.g., SAP), tracking systems, and reporting tools to complete required Services.


• Drive detailed actions, collaborating with the customer sites to recover delivery schedules for the programs


• Periodic interface is required with both internal and external customers’ location, including Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and follow-ups with the supply chain and value stream leaders

What You Will Bring

• A bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of prior relevant experience or equivalent experience


• Prior experience in operations, manufacturing, and/or engineering experience


• Strong Communication skills


• SAP knowledge or ERP


• Supply chain experience


• Production Control concepts, including WIP management LOB and TAKT


• Experience with lean manufacturing tools and concepts


• Prior Aerospace Defense experience preferred

Pay Range

$53,000 - $60,000 per year

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements

This role is considered an on-site position located in Santa Isabel, PR.

• You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.


• Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Travel Requirements

Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required.
