Job summary

Quest Global in Windsor Locks, CT, is seeking an experienced Recovery Operations professional to join our on-site team. You will develop recovery plans, coordinate cross‑functional efforts, and drive actions to meet program delivery goals using SAP and lean manufacturing principles.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of related experience in operations, manufacturing, or engineering, with a strong focus on supply chain and WIP management. Competitive benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily progress against recovery commitments and escalate risks.
• Create Buyer-standard recovery decks, LOB and WIP trackers.
• Utilize ERP tools like SAP to track services and reporting.
• Drive actions with customer sites to recover delivery schedules.
• Interface with internal/external customers during PMRs.

What You Will Do:

• Develop, execute, and maintain product-specific recovery plans.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination to resolve constraints impacting delivery.
• Assess production readiness, capacity, and risk, and converting findings into actionable activities.
• Daily monitor progress against recovery commitments, including escalation of risks and critical issues.
• Consolidate operational data into Buyer-standard recovery decks, Line of Balance trackers, and WIP trackers.
• Utilization of Buyer-standard ERP tools (e.g., SAP), tracking systems, and reporting tools to complete required Services.
• Drive detailed actions, collaborating with the customer sites to recover delivery schedules for the programs
• Periodic interface is required with both internal and external customers’ location, including Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and follow-ups with the supply chain and value stream leaders

What You Will Bring:

• A bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of prior relevant experience or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in operations, manufacturing, and/or engineering experience
• SAP knowledge
• Supply chain experience
• Production Control concepts, including WIP management LOB and TAKT
• Experience with lean manufacturing tools and concepts
• Prior Aerospace Defense experience preferred

Pay Range:

$68,000 - $72,000 a year

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure.

Work Requirements:

This role is considered an on-site position located in Windsor Locks, CT

• You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
• Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Travel Requirements:

Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required.
