The role requires a high school diploma, administrative experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.
Coordinate and manage vehicle documentation, including title transfers, registrations, and renewals.
Work with internal teams and external partners (e.g., dealerships, DMVs) to ensure timely and accurate processing of all vehicle-related paperwork.
Monitor vehicle logistics and status updates to ensure operational efficiency.
Provide remote support to field personnel regarding vehicle inventory, policies, and documentation.
Maintain accurate records in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to vehicle operations.
Identify process improvements to enhance operational workflows.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
1+ year of administrative, operations, or vehicle registration / title experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Comfortable with a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
