Responsibilities

• Guides team responsible for maintenance of Ricoh's data within Oracle and other systems.
• Ensures work adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Supports departmental goals through participation and example.
• Ensures tools within guidelines are available for productive work environment.
• Supports analysis for projects, data cleansing, and system enhancements.
• Supports the operational reporting and analysis team.
• Controls department budget and cost of temporary staffing.
• Provides departmental statistics and other reports.
• Adheres to travel policies and expense guidelines.
• Manages daily changes to Ricoh's databases in compliance with Ricoh standards.
• Helps establish and administer database.
