Job summary

Western & Southern Life seeks an Agency Operations Manager to plan, direct and monitor workflow across its offices. You will supervise Client Support Specialists, train new staff and partner with sales leadership to drive efficiency, accuracy and exceptional service.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, travel as needed, and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional service to clients, resolves inquiries and escalates when needed.
• Plans, organizes and directs work across offices to meet service goals.
• Identifies cross-selling opportunities and shares leads with sales teams.
• Recruits, trains and develops AOS associates, including remote staff.
• Supports recruiting by scheduling interviews and onboarding new reps.
• Fosters open communication and ensures timely reporting to management.
• Maintains advanced product and procedural knowledge.
