First Western Bank is seeking an Insurance Operations Administrator to oversee daily agency operations, drive efficiency, and deliver exceptional client service. This leadership role partners with the President to execute strategic goals, manage staff, processes, and reporting in a fast-paced Arkansas agency environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance agency operations or management is preferred.
• Strong leadership and personnel management experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with agency management systems and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Audit workflows, tasks management systems and daily operations for efficiency.
• Monitor employee productivity, task completion, and service standards.
• Create, document, and improve internal procedures and agency processes.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for performance.
• Ensure compliance with agency standards, carrier guidelines, and procedures.
• Manage HR duties like timecards, attendance, and scheduling.
• Assist ownership with personnel matters and policy enforcement.
• Audit carriers' production numbers and monitor goals and retention.
• Provide executive support with growth initiatives and budgeting.
