Job summary

eTeam is seeking a Financial Operation Support in Baltimore, MD for a 12-month hybrid contract. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and involves serving as a primary contact for client inquiries and operational issues within a fast-paced environment.

You'll work with Operations, Sales, Trading, and Technology teams, deepening knowledge of futures and derivatives operations, along with trade breaks, reconciliations, and reporting.

Responsibilities Include:

• Support a portfolio of *** clients by serving as a point of contact for day-to-day operational inquiries and issues.

• Contribute ideas for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Participate in client meetings and internal discussions to support service delivery and strengthen client relationships.
