Job summary

Green Key Resources seeks a technically strong Middle Office professional to support trade execution and post-trade operations focused on complex derivatives. You will ensure accurate booking, validation, and maintenance across systems, while supporting front office activity, valuation, and downstream reporting.

The role requires 3–7+ years in middle office/derivatives operations, proficiency with trading and post-trade platforms, and a track record of process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.

• Strong experience with derivative products including trade booking, validation, and lifecycle management.
• Solid understanding of valuation concepts across swaps, FX, rates, futures, credit products, and fixed income.

Responsibilities

• Accurately book and validate a broad range of derivative transactions across multiple asset classes.
• Manage the full trade lifecycle, including resets, cash settlements, amendments, and other post-trade events.
• Partner with investment professionals, finance, tax, and other internal teams to ensure accurate recording per strategies, structures, valuation methodologies, and reporting requirements.
• Work with technology teams to maintain and enhance trade capture workflows with data integrity across systems.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient trade processing and issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and drive automation using Excel, Python, AI tools, and other tech.
• Develop expertise across additional products and asset classes for broader team support.
• Fast-paced, collaborative, execution-focused team with high ownership across functions.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and scalable infrastructure.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring transactions are accurately captured, validated, and maintained across internal systems while supporting front office activity, valuation processes, and downstream reporting. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately book and validate a broad range of derivative transactions across multiple asset classes.

• Experience with industry-standard trading and post-trade platforms such as Bloomberg and MarkitWire. Experience supporting interest rate and foreign exchange products is advantageous.
