Brobston Group is seeking an Operations Support Associate to help run day-to-day store operations in Gilroy, CA. You will assist with inventory processing, stockroom organization, replenishment, and basic customer interactions to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

This role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds while supporting front- and back-of-house needs. Previous retail stockroom experience is preferred, and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy retail environment, with exposure to stockroom and storefront operations.
• Strong communication skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and navigate stockrooms and sales floors.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and possibly overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Process deliveries, RFID scans, transfers, and replenishment activities.
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory; assist stock checks and deliveries.
• Assist customers, process transactions, and keep fitting rooms and floors welcoming.
• Participate in visual merchandising and support store presentation standards.
