Qualifications

• Back-of-house experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to lift or climb as needed and work around stockrooms and sales floors.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnights.

Responsibilities

• Process deliveries, merchandise, RFID scans, replenishment, transfers, and Ship to Home orders.
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory, and support merchandise checks and delivery to the sales floor.
• Assist customers and process transactions when needed.
• Help maintain visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with store teams and support front- and back-of-house operations.
