Job summary

Brobston Group in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Operations Support Associate to help run daily store operations, including inventory processing and stockroom organization. This role is primarily non-selling but may assist customers as needed to support sales floor needs.

Responsibilities include processing deliveries, RFID inventory activities, transfers, and replenishment; maintaining organized stockrooms and ensuring accurate stock on the sales floor; and supporting front- and back-of-house

Qualifications

• Back-of-house or related experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform moderately physical tasks.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Process deliveries, RFID inventory activities, and markdowns according to guidelines.
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory; replenish merchandise.
• Assist customers on the sales floor and support front-/back-of-house operations.
• Support transfers, ship-to-home orders, and visual merchandising.
• Collaborate with team members and help with store standards.
