Job Summary

Develops technical, process, and systems knowledge by working on projects assigned and directed by more senior Operations Support Engineers.

Responsibilities

1. Technical Support
   • Develops technical knowledge, shadowing more senior team members on technical support escalations.
2. Process Support/Optimization
   • Learns and follows business and technical processes within the Data Center; may identify opportunities for improvement in basic or narrowly focused processes (e.g., order fulfillment, incident management).
3. Systems Support
   • Develops knowledge of business systems (e.g., Siebel, Remedy) used within Equinix.
4. Data Support/Analysis
   • Performs data management support, analyzes data for patterns, and tracks resolutions.
5. Documentation
   • Reviews technical and non-technical documentation and documents own work processes.
6. Training
   • Handles logistics for training rollouts and supports related activities.
7. UAT
   • Handles logistics for User Acceptance Testing.
8. Project Management
   • Works on assigned project activities.

Qualifications
