Overview

Support Operations Associate (Mac and Windows)

Responsibilities:

• Provide endpoint vulnerability remediation support using various tools and techniques to remediate cybersecurity vulnerabilities
• Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to calls received to the Capital One Service Desk
• Interact with end users via soft phone or chat modules to resolve desktop vulnerabilities
• Remotely access and support end-user machines to achieve first call resolution
• Utilize ServiceNow as the ticketing tool to track and escalate incidents for end users
• Participate in projects and program initiatives within the team

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
• At least 1 year of remote help desk support experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience
• Mac Integration Basics Certificate or 1+ year of equivalent Mac support experience
• Windows 11 Certificate or 1+ years of equivalent Windows OS support experience
• 2+ years of end-user support experience
• 1+ years experience with ServiceNow
• ITIL Certification
• 1+ years of experience with Vulnerability Assessment tools (Qualys, Rapid7, Crowdstrike, BeyondTrust)

The salary ranges vary by location, with specific figures listed for McLean, VA; Plano, TX; Richmond, VA; Wilmington, DE. Salaries for other locations will be based on the local pay range. The role may include performance-based incentives.
