SUMMARY:
The Operations Support Analyst will support Warfighter Operational Integration work with the Missile Defense Agency.

- Provide management and program analysis relating to military operational concepts/capabilities

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of operational experience in Sea-based weapon systems analysis
- 4+ years of experience must be in the missile defense industry
- Experience with military operational concepts/capabilities
- Integration and fielding of complex weapon systems experience
- Conducting strategic high-level coordination activities, deliberate planning, test support, logistics and sustainment, high-level policy development, requirements, and operational document development
- Ability to understand cyber-security impacts on operations
- Solid problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and leading teams
COMPUTER SKILLS:
- Skill in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment
- Proficiency in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS, CLEARANCE:
- Must possess and be able to maintain a DoD Secret clearance (U.S. Citizenship)
