Job Summary and Responsibilities

Acentra Health is seeking an Operations Support Analyst to join our growing team.

This is a remote position

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing, triaging, and escalating tickets according to the escalation matrix.
  • Monitoring alarms, opening tickets, tracking issues, and generating reports.
  • Responding promptly to system events and alerts.
  • Following procedures for reporting and escalating issues.
  • Performing scheduled maintenance activities.
  • Identifying root causes and engaging resources for resolution.
  • Supporting projects and programs operationally.
  • Providing support outside normal hours for emergencies.
  • Adhering to corporate policies including HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Active Batch or similar scheduling tools.
  • Understanding of Incident, Change, and Release Management processes.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server/Databases and PowerShell.

Preferred:

  • Experience with ETL tools (Informatica, SSIS), BI tools, and scheduling tools.
  • Knowledge of secure file transfer protocols, encryption technologies, and healthcare standards (HIPAA, PHI/PII).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ITIL concepts.
  • Understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, or healthcare industry.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills.

Benefits and Compensation
