Diamonds Direct in Wisconsin is seeking an Operations Support teammate to help keep daily store operations running smoothly. This role supports both front-of-house and back-of-house teams by handling inventory, order processing, logistics coordination and essential administrative tasks.

You will coordinate with shipping and logistics teams, prepare merchandise for store displays or client appointments, maintain accurate records, update internal systems, and contribute to process improvements
