Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end customer journeys.
• 5+ years of experience in interactive design and/or visual design.
• Aware of trends in mobile, communications, and collaboration.
• Ability to create highly polished design prototypes, mockups, and other artifacts.
• Ability to scope and estimate efforts accurately and prioritize tasks independently.
• History of impacting shipping products with your work.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design (or related field) or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive marketing strategies to boost user acquisition and brand growth.
• Drive data-driven decisions through analytics and ML models.
• Design intuitive user interfaces that deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Research: provide human and business impact and insights for products.
• Deliverables: produce analyses, user flows, wireframes, mocks, and prototypes to solve real user problems.
• Communicate UX results clearly to design teams and cross-functional partners.
