Job summary

Applicants should have 5+ years in interactive or visual design, proficiency in Figma/Photoshop/Illustrator/Sketch, and a strong portfolio of end-to-end journeys.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing end-to-end customer journeys.
• 5+ years in interactive or visual design.
• Awareness of mobile, communications and collaboration trends.
• Ability to produce polished design prototypes and assets.
• Ability to scope and estimate efforts independently.
• History of influencing shipped products.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and Sketch.

Responsibilities

• Produce deliverables for your product area (e.g., analyses, user flows, wireframes, mocks, prototypes).
• Communicate UX insights to designers, cross-functional partners and team members.
• Apply product knowledge to inform decision making.
• Provide research insights with human and business impact.
• Lead data-driven decisions through analytics and ML models.
