Job summary

BioTalent, a leading global strategy consulting firm in life sciences, seeks experienced Consultants and Managers to join its Operations & Supply Chain practice in the United States. You will work with senior client stakeholders to develop and implement improvements across end-to-end supply chains, with a hybrid US-based role.

You will focus on supply chain strategy, demand forecasting, procurement, manufacturing excellence, distribution, and operating model design.

Qualifications

Consulting experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Life Sciences.
Strong knowledge of one or more supply chain areas.
Experience delivering strategic and operational transformation programmes.
Life Sciences sector expertise: biopharma, medtech, diagnostics, healthcare.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing project delivery.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees advantageous.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement solutions across supply chain strategy and network optimisation.
Contribute to demand forecasting and inventory management improvements.
Support procurement and strategic sourcing initiatives.
Drive manufacturing and operational excellence improvements.
Lead distribution and logistics transformation efforts.
Assist with operating model and organisational design.
