Job summary

BioTalent seeks a Senior Associate Consultant to join its Operations & Supply Chain team within the Life Sciences sector. You will work with biopharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostics, and healthcare organizations to develop strategic recommendations that improve supply chain performance.

You will perform data-driven analyses, collaborate with clients, and deliver actionable solutions. You will mentor junior team members and travel to client sites as needed to support engagement execution.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of full-time professional experience in a related field.
• Strong Operations & Supply Chain credentials.
• Strong Life Sciences credibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop structured problem-solving frameworks to address operational and supply chain challenges.
• Conduct research, benchmarking, and quantitative analysis.
• Own project workstreams and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.
• Support client engagements across supply chain strategy, planning, procurement, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics.
• Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact consulting engagements.
• Present findings and recommendations through written reports and client presentations.
• Coach and mentor junior team members while contributing to team development.
• Work closely with clients to address critical business and operational issues.
• Travel to client sites as needed to support project execution and stakeholder engagement.
