Job summary

BioTalent, a leading global strategy consulting firm in life sciences, seeks experienced Consultants and Managers to join its Operations & Supply Chain practice in the United States. You will work with senior client stakeholders to develop and implement improvements across end-to-end supply chains, with a hybrid US-based role.

You will focus on supply chain strategy, demand forecasting, procurement, manufacturing excellence, distribution, and operating model design.

Qualifications

• Consulting experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Life Sciences.
• Strong knowledge of one or more supply chain areas.
• Experience delivering strategic and operational transformation programmes.
• Life Sciences sector expertise: biopharma, medtech, diagnostics, healthcare.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing project delivery.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees advantageous.

Responsibilities
