Job summary

BioTalent is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Operations & Supply Chain practice, focusing on Life Sciences. The role combines strategic analysis, client delivery, and coaching of junior colleagues in a high-performing consulting environment.

Based in the United States, you will work on end-to-end supply chain initiatives across planning, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics, with travel as needed and a mix of remote and on-site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a renowned university with outstanding academic achievement.
• Minimum 2 years of full-time professional experience post-graduation in a relevant field.
• Strong Life Sciences industry credibility.
• Consulting experience in Life Sciences, Biopharma, MedTech, Diagnostics, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Operations, or Supply Chain.
• Visa sponsorship is not available; applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop problem-solving frameworks to address complex operational and supply chain challenges.
• Conduct research, benchmarking, and quantitative analysis to generate actionable insights.
• Own workstreams and synthesize data into strategic recommendations for clients.
• Support projects across supply chain strategy, planning, procurement, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics.
• Collaborate closely with case teams to develop client presentations and recommendations.
• Present findings through clear written and verbal communication.
• Coach and guide junior team members, helping build capabilities across the case team.
• Work directly with clients and support project execution both remotely and on-site as needed.
