Job summary

BioTalent is seeking a Senior Associate to help transform operations and supply chain strategies across the life sciences industry. The role targets consultants with operations & supply chain experience and strong life sciences expertise from leading firms.

You will develop problem-solving frameworks, conduct benchmarking, own workstreams, and present findings to clients, both remotely and on-site, while coaching junior team members and contributing to project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a renowned university with outstanding academic achievement.
• Minimum 2 years of full-time professional experience post-graduation in a relevant field.
• Strong Life Sciences industry credibility.
• Consulting experience in Life Sciences, Biopharma, MedTech, Diagnostics, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Operations or Supply Chain engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop problem-solving frameworks to address complex operational and supply chain challenges
• Conduct research, benchmarking, and quantitative analysis to generate actionable insights
• Own workstreams and synthesize data into strategic recommendations for clients
• Support projects across supply chain strategy, planning, procurement, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics
• Collaborate closely with case teams to develop client presentations and recommendations
• Present findings through clear written and verbal communication
• Coach and guide junior team members, helping build capabilities across the case team
• Work directly with clients and support project execution both remotely and on-site as needed
