Job summary

HID Global in Austin, TX, is seeking an US Operations Supervisor to lead Warehouse, Production and Repair teams, driving safety, quality and on-time delivery.

You'll plan labor, manage KPIs, coach staff, and partner with a cross-functional team to resolve constraints and continuously improve end-to-end operations. A bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of leadership in manufacturing/logistics are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
• 3–5 years in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, repair, or operations leadership.
• Direct supervisory experience across multiple teams required.
• Experience with KPIs, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process-improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead Warehouse, Production, and Repair teams with daily priorities and staffing plans.
• Own operating KPIs and SLAs; report risks to Operations Manager.
• Plan labor capacity, cross-training, and overtime to meet demand.
• Recruit, coach, and develop frontline employees; administer actions per policy.
• Coordinate cross-functional priorities to resolve material constraints and backlogs.
