Job summary

Kinder Morgan, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support terminal management and back-up coverage for the Area Manager. You will help ensure safe, efficient pipeline operations across all station activities, including remote locations and booster sites.

The role emphasizes leadership, decision-making, and coordination with shipping customers to resolve scheduling and inventory issues while maintaining regulatory and company safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass safety training/certification as required by customers and Kinder Morgan.

Responsibilities

• Assist Area Manager with terminal activities to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Provide back-up coverage when Area Manager is unavailable.
• Coordinate with customers to resolve scheduling, metering/inventory, and quality control issues.
• Supervise contractors on site to protect company interests.
• Operate or supervise operations safely and in compliance with policies and procedures.
