Job summary

Kinder Morgan seeks a ROW & Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day safe, efficient, and economical operation of pipeline right of way, pipelines, and terminal/marine equipment. You will supervise technicians, coordinate contractors, and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities include maintaining critical records, coordinating emergency response, and negotiating with property owners along the ROW, while supporting the Terminal Superintendent and company

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; two- or four-year degree is advantageous.
• Experience operating and maintaining liquid pipelines, terminals and marine facilities with regulatory knowledge.
• Demonstrated initiative, self-motivation and supervisory ability.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously.
• Ability to read and comprehend material and perform related calculations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates direct reports, contractors, and work schedules to operate and maintain pipelines and terminal/marine facilities.
• Maintains knowledge of regulatory requirements and coordinates with agencies and landowners.
• Coordinates emergency response activities as part of the Emergency Response Team.
• Maintains reports, records, diagrams, and regulatory files including US DOT and USCG records.
• Negotiates with property owners and handles issues along the right of way.
• Initiates and completes work projects and assists in maintaining required plans.
• Relieves the Terminal Superintendent as needed and supports overall operations.
