Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience.
• Proficiency in WMS and HighJump systems.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• 2+ years of experience using MS Excel, MS Word, and email systems.
• Leadership competencies in expectation-setting, performance management, accountability, recognition, and communication.
• Proven track record of maintaining high quality standards.
• Ability to stand for short durations.
• Ability to walk and climb stairs.
• Ability to work in varied weather conditions (heat, cold, humidity).
• Ability to work weekends and holidays based on customer demand.
• Ability to lift, push, kneel, carry, and reach with arms and hands.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Team Management: Monitor performance, provide training and mentorship, and motivate employees while ensuring proper task delegation.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Track KPIs and report findings to upper management for decisions.
• Communication & Coordination: Collaborate with sales, customer service, marketing, and finance to optimize workload.
• Payroll Administration: Review and verify employee payroll, manage overtime, vacation requests, and attendance adjustments.
• Facility Maintenance: Ensure warehouse cleanliness per standards.
• Quality Assurance: Adhere to quality policies to minimize customer complaints and uphold product standards.
• Safety & Compliance: Oversee safety protocols and coordinate with EHS teams for a secure workplace.
