Job summary

Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day field operations, ensure safety protocols, onboard and train new operators, and deliver strong customer service to clients in Georgia. This role is integral to the operations team and requires supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience.
• Previous experience required in Vacuum, Pump Trucks Commercial Underground Construction, Oil and Gas, Underground Utility, Waste, Equipment Rental, Trucking / Fleet Management.
• Valid CDL (preferred).
• Mechanical skills (preferred).
• Sales experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Onboard and train new operators and provide customer service to clients.
• Collaborate with the operations team to maintain efficiency and quality.
