Job summary

Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an Operations Supervisor to guide daily field operations, ensure safety compliance, onboard new operators, and provide top-tier client service. This role emphasizes dispatch coordination, project scheduling, and collaboration with sales and development teams.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, familiarity with hydro-excavation environments, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience.
• Experience in one of the following areas: Vacuum, Pump Trucks Commercial Underground Construction, Oil and Gas, Underground Utility, Waste, Equipment Rental, Trucking / Fleet Management.
• CDL license preferred.
• Mechanical skills preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dispatching units and schedule projects on a daily basis.
• Communicate with clients, with a customer service focus on a daily basis.
• Assist with project related bids and proposals.
• Support and improve business development on a daily basis.
• Review operator's daily paperwork (Daily trip ticket, FLRA, DOT logs).
