Job summary

Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day field activities, ensure safety protocols, onboard new operators, and deliver strong client service.

You will coordinate dispatching, schedule projects, assist with bids, support business development, and review operator paperwork (daily trip tickets and logs) while maintaining a sharp focus on reliability and safety in Portage, Indiana.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience.
• Experience in Vacuum, Pump Trucks Underground Construction, Oil and Gas, Underground Utility, Waste, Equipment Rental, Trucking / Fleet Management or related fields.
• CDL (preferred).
• Mechanical skills (preferred).
• Sales experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist with dispatching units and scheduling projects daily.
• Communicate with clients with a customer service focus on a daily basis.
• Assist with project bidding and proposals.
• Support and improved business development on a daily basis.
• Review operator’s daily paperwork (Daily trip ticket, FLRA, DOT logs).
