Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure safety compliance, onboard new operators, and provide client-focused service. Qualified candidates should have supervisory experience; CDL is preferred and mechanical skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience.
• Experience in Vacuum, Pump Trucks, Commercial Underground Construction, Oil and Gas, Underground Utility, Waste, Equipment Rental, Trucking / Fleet Management.
• CDL preferred; mechanical skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dispatching units and schedule projects on a daily basis
• Communicate with clients, with a customer service focus on a daily basis
• Assist with project related bidtings and proposals
• Support and improve business development on a daily basis
• Review operator's daily paperwork (Daily trip ticket, FLRA, DOT logs)
