Job summary

Badger Infrastructure Solutions in Virginia Beach is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, enforce safety protocols, onboard and train new operators, and ensure excellent customer service for clients.

The role requires supervisory experience and experience in relevant sectors; a CDL is preferred and mechanical skills are a plus. Salary will be discussed with the Branch Manager and is in the $75,000–$85,000 range.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience.
• Previous experience required in one of the following areas: Vacuum, Pump Trucks, Commercial Underground Construction, Oil and Gas, Underground Utility, Waste, Equipment Rental, Trucking / Fleet Management.
• CDL (preferred).
• Mechanical skills (preferred).
• Sales experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Onboard and train new operators.
• Provide customer service to clients.
