Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations, enforce safety protocols, and train new operators while delivering excellent customer service to clients. This role reports to the operations leadership and contributes to a high-performance team in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a salary range of $70,000 to $80,000, dependent on education and experience, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience.
• Previous experience required in one of the following areas: Vacuum, Pump Trucks Commercial Underground Construction, Oil and Gas, Underground Utility, Waste, Equipment Rental, Trucking / Fleet Management
• Valid CDL (preferred)
• Mechanical skills (preferred)
• Sales experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• The Operations Supervisor is an integral part of the operations team. They oversee many aspects of the day-to-day operations including but not limited to ensuring the operators follow proper safety protocol, onboarding and training new operators, and customer service to clients.
• The salary for this role will range between $70,000 and $80,000 based on education and/or experience.
