Qualifications

• 4+ years in distribution center/warehouse ops or related field.
• Lift up to 70 lb; 25 lb minimum lifting requirement.
• Basic math and reading comprehension required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Proven track record of complying with safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead operations associates in receiving, order-fill, shipping, and support tasks.
• Monitor production volume and allocate tasks for optimal workflow.
• Enforce safety protocols and provide training on safety.
• Respond to changing workflow conditions with real-time decisions.
• Resolve operational issues to minimize supply chain disruptions.
• Communicate business objectives, workloads, and performance expectations.
• Provide guidance on associate relations and cross-functional collaboration.
