Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Entry-level management experience; minimal experience required.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of employee activities and donor service.
• Ensure staff are trained and competent per SOPs and regulations.
• Monitor donor flow to meet time-in-center goals.
• Coordinate with QA to monitor errors and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee inventory and supply usage; notify leadership when replenishment is needed.
• Participate in internal audits and supervise donor floor production tasks.
