Job summary

Victoria's Secret & Co. is seeking an Operations Supervisor who aligns with our values and drives operational execution to ensure store readiness. You will report to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager and help lead team efforts in inventory accuracy, cleanliness, safety, and policy adherence.

The role emphasizes coaching, zoning, and personal selling alongside daily workforce management and cross-functional collaboration to deliver consistent in-store performance.

Responsibilities

• Executes shipment, replenishment, and stock organization
• Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy
• Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Identifies and escalates operational issues
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business
• Leading and demonstrating company values
• Executing the role of the Head Coach through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling
• Coaching & development of associates and leaders
• Executing Daily Work Force Management actions
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution
• Leading and modeling behaviors that link to leadership competencies
• Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures
• Additional duties as assigned
