Qualifications

• Requires High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years’ experience in a logistics/distribution environment.
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Preferred: MHE certification / knowledge of basic MHE operation.
• Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• RF Scanners WMS functions.
• Must be fluent in English (reading, writing, verbal).

Responsibilities

• Supervises labor management, and planning of inbound, outbound, product slotting and customer communication daily.
• Conducts staff meetings to review daily/weekly work activities.
• Ensures development of systems and procedures for managing operations in accordance with company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Manages operations to meet prescribed productivity and service goals.
• Implements and reports on-going cost savings measures.
• Provides ideas and suggestions for more efficient operations.
• Trains new staff in assigned duties, or delegates training responsibility to experienced team members.
