Job summary

You will conduct staff meetings to review daily activities, keep senior management and client representatives informed of critical issues, and develop safe, profitable procedures while pursuing cost savings and KPI targets.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in a logistics/distribution environment.
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• MHE certification or knowledge preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• RF scanners and WMS familiarity.
• English language skills (reading, writing, verbal).

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound/outbound activities, labor planning, and space utilization daily.
• Conduct staff meetings to review work and drive continuous improvement.
• Keep senior management and client representatives informed of critical issues.
• Develop systems for safe, profitable operations per policies.
• Manage operations to meet productivity and service goals.
• Ensure compliance with client operating agreements.
• Implement and report ongoing cost savings measures.
• Suggest ways to improve efficiency and meet client KPIs.
• Aim to achieve prescribed operational objectives.
