Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3 years’ experience in logistics/distribution/relevant environment
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role
• Forklift training program certification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with RF Scanners and WMS functions
• English language proficiency (reading, writing, verbal)

Responsibilities

• Supervise labor management and planning of inbound and outbound activities
• Conduct daily staff meetings to review work activities and plan continuous improvement
• Develop systems for managing operations, equipment, and products safely
• Ensure operations meet productivity and service goals
• Manage operations to achieve prescribed objectives
• Train new staff, assess trainee progress, and provide guidance
• Provide input for annual performance reviews and promotions
