Job summary

Oshkosh AeroTech, an Oshkosh Company, seeks a senior operations leader to drive safety leadership and operational excellence across multiple manufacturing sites. You will develop strategies, lead lean initiatives, and optimize supply chain partnerships to support capacity expansion and cost efficiency.

You will mentor a high-performing team, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure compliance with industry standards while sustaining a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of operational leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a VP or Director-level role.
• Experienced people leader with cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong experience in multi-site manufacturing, supply chain management, and logistics.
• Proven track record in driving operational excellence, lean manufacturing, and six sigma methodologies.
• Strong financial acumen, data-driven decision-making, and process optimization skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and sustain a world-class safety program.
• Drive a proactive safety culture across operations, ensuring ownership of safety responsibilities.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive operations strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Establish KPIs to measure and drive performance, efficiency, and cost optimization.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in production, workflow optimization, and resource allocation.
