48forty Solutions, LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our 2nd shift in the Bucks County area. You will work closely with Plant management to develop site personnel and ensure operations run smoothly and safely.

Mon-Fri, 4pm–12:30am, with potential overtime. You will lead production, enforce safety, mentor the team, oversee pallet sort and forklift tasks, and coordinate with customer service as needed.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or similar facility.
• Experience leading a team demonstrated.

Overview

As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll get to work closely with Plant management in developing all plant personnel and ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently! We’re looking for someone who is ready to take their experience in a similar industry and grow!

We're looking for someone for our 2nd shift!

2nd Shift: Mon - Fri 4pm - 12:30am

What You'll Do

• Perform pallet sort, light pallet repair, forklift operation and customer service duties
• Lead production and provide customer support when necessary
• Work overtime as needed or swing shifts at times

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of experience in a Warehouse or similar facility
• Demonstrated experience leading a team
• Ability to communicate with Plant management team effectively on a regular basis

• Ability to work in extreme conditions to include, but not limited to, elements, heat, cold, and air particulate
