Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Three to five years of related experience or training.
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to staff and supervise daily operations.
• Manage Warehouse Management Software in alignment with work area.
• Monitor performance, drive improvements, and ensure safety and quality.
• Develop labor plans with other Supervisors for DC success.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff; manage timecards daily.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Customer Service as internal customers.
