Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations at the Kansas City center.
• Develop strategies to improve KPIs such as damages, incidents, overtime, pick rates, and accuracy.
• Lead and develop a strong, capable warehouse team.
• Ensure inventory control and safety compliance across all processes.
• Establish and monitor workflows, policies, and performance standards.
• Communicate changes to management and staff; support morale and engagement.
