Job summary

United Rentals in Tigard, OR is seeking an Operations Supervisor to coordinate the delivery of quality service and supervise staff to maximize branch productivity. You will work with the Branch Manager to ensure safety, Rental Flow efficiency and strong customer service.

Responsibilities include coaching, staff development, policy compliance, and driving operational and sales performance through effective supervision and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and operational experience.
• 2+ years supervision and leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable record.
• Strong motivational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager in implementing actions to achieve financial objectives.
• Assist the Branch Manager in ensuring compliance with all company policies.
• Drive branch metrics by monitoring scorecard items and coaching staff.
• Support sales and customer service to ensure world class service and operational excellence.
• Maximize operational effectiveness by training staff and controlling costs.
• Handle day-to-day operations including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Promote safety and discipline through leadership and accountability.
