Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years operations lead/supervisor experience preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience preferred.
• Staff management and workload planning skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates with coaching and inclusion.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and foster a culture of safety.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; provide regular reports and recommendations.
