Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1+ years of operations lead/supervisor/management experience preferred.
• 1+ years of logistics industry experience preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse frontline team with coaching and guidance, fostering inclusion.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; provide regular reports and recommendations to management.
• Foster open communication and collaboration between leadership and frontline associates.
